2) Upon receipt of our Notification for Payment (NFP), that your order(s) is/are reserved, you will have ample time to make your fund transfer to confirm your order(s). A 50% payment shall be made to the account shown below within 24 hrs from the point of NFP release.

3) An Acknowledgement of Payment (AOP) will be sent to you via email to notify you that your payment(s) has been received and your orders are being packaged/boxed for delivery. For added assurance, a confirmation SMS will be sent to notify this. Feel free to return call / text anytime for any clarification on your order(s) whenever required. Please effect the balance payment this point forward. Once all payment receipt, your order(s) will be posted for onward delivery processes within 24hrs.

1) Cancellation Policy:
- 50% refund prior to the release of Acknowledgement of Payment (AOP) via email.
2) No refunds or exchange after AOP release or goods are packaged /boxed and collection are made for delivery are in effect.
3) Orders cannot be redirected once items have been dispatched.
